1 General Provisions & Definitions

In this document, "gg66", "platform", "we", or "company" refers to the entity operating gg66.mom. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has opened an account on the gg66 platform or is using the services.

"Services" refers to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slots, keno, money wheel, and other online gaming activities provided through gg66.

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on the gg66 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

gg66 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Before processing a withdrawal or for security reasons, we may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents. Providing false information or failing verification may result in account suspension.

2.2 Account Security

Do not share your password or login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. If you forget your account password, it can be recovered via your registered phone number or email.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

gg66 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh and ensures fast transactions.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Every deposit must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted. If this rule is violated, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended.
• For bank transfers, various Bangladeshi banks can be used, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.
• Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is added to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals related to bonuses require wagering conditions to be met (see Section 5 for details).

4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gg66 platform:

• Any form of fraud, deceptive activity, or money laundering.
• Game manipulation using bots, automated software, or any other technical means.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform and failing to report them.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Filing a payment chargeback against the platform when the transaction was legitimate.

If evidence of a violation of these rules is found, gg66 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gg66 have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. Applicable bonus examples:

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• After accepting a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time period.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must not exceed the maximum bet limit.
• gg66 reserves the right to modify bonus offers at any time.
• Promotional offers cannot be used in combination unless explicitly stated.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, gg66 may put the bonus on hold until an investigation is completed.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

gg66's VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement criteria are reviewed regularly. gg66 reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits under special circumstances. Cashback is generally credited to the account every Monday and a minimum 1x wagering requirement applies before withdrawal.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

All games on the gg66 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased and verifiable results. SSL encryption on the platform keeps all data secure.

7.1 Game Disputes

If you have an objection regarding a game result, contact us within 24 hours via live chat or at [email protected]. After reviewing the game logs, gg66 will issue a final decision.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage or technical error, gg66 will attempt to reach a fair resolution for both parties. Winnings obtained by exploiting a system error may be voided.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion can be activated at your own request.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

gg66 never sells your information to third parties. However, information may be provided to the relevant authorities when required by legal obligation or for fraud investigation purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

gg66 will not be liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Losses caused by errors from third-party game software providers.
• Losses resulting from account information being leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service unavailability due to unforeseen technical outages.

In any circumstance, gg66's total liability will be limited to the total amount deposited by the relevant user into their account over three months.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time through the support team. Before closing your account, withdraw any available balance and complete all active bonus wagering.

11.2 Closure or Suspension at gg66's Initiative

gg66 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Providing false identity information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse.

12 Changes to Terms

gg66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

The latest terms will always be available on this page. The updated version takes precedence over any previous version.
